I am excited to invite you to EMBODYING SHAKTI:EMBODIMENT MEDICINE FOR THE MODERN WOMAN - a 5 week Sacred Embodiment Journey of deep Awakening, Connection and Remembrance.
Bringing women back into their bodies and supporting them to awaken Shakti - the potent creative energy within - is one of my deepest callings and passions - and it is honour to birth this offering for women so that together we may REMEMBER.
Safety is of the utmost importance during an Embodying Shakti session so we can drop deep into ourselves and so we will co-create a sacred space where I welcome and invite you to bring ALL of yourself - the magic AND the mess - into the circle.
The sessions will empower you to reclaim not only your body wisdom but also your power, magic, womb medicine and sovereignty - and are drawn from my own embodied experiences and the teachings and practises of Taoism, Feminine Yoga, Tantra and Witch Craft.
Embodying Shakti sessions will:

❤️ Open the throat through sound and singing to clear blockages for more empowered and joyful self expression.
❤️ Activate and awaken the dormant wisdom + power of your womb space and allow her magic to be a guiding light in your life.
❤️ Remind you through ritual and ceremony that the sacred lives EVERYWHERE.
❤️ Offer you a space to simply BE and love all that you are.
Each session will be uniquely aligned with the cyclic energies of the sun, moon and earth but will look something like this:

🌹Intention setting through a guided Wise Woman Womb Journey
🌹Feminine Embodiment practises to awaken Shakti
This can include dance, spiralling of the pelvic bowl, feminine yoga, organic non-linear movement, breath practises, sensitisation and loving touch

🌹Healing Womb Wisdom practises - awakening, activating and clearing
🌹Luscious Rest practises for deeper connection and integration
