Join me and a group of beautiful woman for this 6 months sacred pilgrimage HOME.
Diving deep together is SO potent - literally magic + healing happens when we sit together in circle!
HOW WILL IT FLOW?
Each month we will come together for 3-4 hours to dive deep.
Each session will include:
* Creation of Sacred Space
* Drop in Meditation + Connection
* Sharing Circle
* Exploration of the Module Content in depth
* Playtime Exploration of the Module Content:
This can be via - self-enquiry, journaling, mindfulness, feminine embodiment practices, deeply restorative practises, breath connection, feminine yoga, dance, mudras, womb and heart activation, ritual, sound and visualisation as tools for exploration.
